Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku katetrizace močového měchýře ženy, především na dodržování postupu dle standardu a znalost sester v prevenci infekcí močového ústrojí spojených s katetrizací. V teoretické části je zdůrazněn význam prevence infekcí močových cest u katetrizovaných, zejména aseptický postup při zavádění permanentního katetru. The topic of the Thesis is the female catheterization of urinary bladder. It focused mainly on adhering to the proper nursing practice for which nurse´s knowledge is needed to prevent the transmission of nosocomial infections, which are often associated with this procedure.
