Bakalářská práce se zabývá sledováním schopnosti fagocytózy u zralých a nezralých neutrofilů s nízkou densitou (LDNs) přítomných ve frakci PBMC po gradientové centrifugaci plné krve. Cílem práce bylo srovnat schopnost ingesce, schopnost tvorby nízkého pH ve fagozomech a schopnost oxidačního vzplanutí u zralých a nezralých LDNs. The bachelor's thesis deals with monitoring the phagocytosis ability of mature and immature low-density neutrophils (LDNs) present in the PBMC fraction after gradient centrifugation of whole blood. The aim of this work was to compare the ability of ingestion, the ability to create low pH in phagosomes and the ability of oxidative burst in mature and immature LDNs.
