Competition Analysis of Mortgage Loans for a Selected Bank

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza konkurence hypotečních úvěrů pro Raiffeisen banku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První, teoretická část se zabývá definicí, rozdělením a identifikací konkurence. Dále pokračuje analýzou prostředí podniku a SWOT analýzou. Vysvětluje základní pojmy marketingu bankovních služeb a specifikuje úvěry na bydlení. Druhá praktická část v úvodu představuje Raiffeisen banku, dále pokračuje analýzou jejího prostředí. Potom následuje analýza konkurence a identifikace nejsilnějších konkurenčních bank. Pomocí modelačních případů fiktivního klienta jsou porovnány služby jednotlivých bank a vyhodnoceny. Na závěr budou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti banky.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is Competition Analysis of Mortgage Loans for Raiffeisen Bank. The Thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part deals with the definition, the classification and the identification of the competition. The work further analyse of the company and SWOT analysis, explains the basic concepts of marketing of banking services, it also specifies loans.The second part presents the introduction of Raiffeisen Bank and proceedes with analyzing its environment which is followed by a competition analysis and an identification of the strongest competitor banks. Services of individual banks are compared and evaluated, using a fictitious client. In the last part of the thesis there are proposals and recommendations to improve the competitiveness of bank.
