Práce se zabývá pokusem o zavedením soudní reformy ve Státě Izrael, která by dala větší pravomoci vládě a podle mnohých obyvatel vést k autoritativnímu režimu. The thesis deals with the attempt to introduce judicial reform in the State of Israel, which would give greater powers to the government and, according to many residents, lead to an authoritarian regime.
