Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku bezbariérového řešení veřejných budov a veřejného prostranství. Práce je postavena na výčtu jednotlivých potřeb osob s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace pro zajištění bezbariérového užívání. V praktické části je práce zaměřená na stanovení definic spojených s bezbariérovostí, stanovení osob s pohybovým a orientačním omezením a zároveň se v této části řeší samotná problematika stávající veřejné správy. Druhá část práce je zaměřená na komparaci normativních a legislativních požadavků pro osobu s omezením pohybu, osobu nevidomou a neslyšící. Zároveň je tato část zaměřená na terénní průzkum obecních a městských úřadů v rámci jihočeského kraje, s následným vyhodnocením bezbariérové přístupnosti na základě kontextu s vyhláškou č. 398/2009 Sb.

Abstract:

The bachelor’s thesis is focused on the issue of barrier-free solutions of public buildings and public spaces. The work is based on a list of individual needs of people with limited mobility and orientation to ensure barrier-free use. In the practical part, the work is focused on deremining the definitions associated with accessibility, detemining people with mobility and orientation restrictions, and at the same time in this part the issue of the current public administration is addressed. The second part of the work is focused on the comparison of normative and legislative reguirements fot a person with reduced mobility, a blind and deaf person. At the same time, this part is focused on field reserch oh municipal and city authorities within the South Bohemia region, with subsequent evaluation og barrier-free accessibility based on the contex of Decree No. 398/2009 Coll.
