This bachelor thesis deals with creative writing as a means of mental hygiene for the adults. The aim of the thesis was to find out how young adults use creative writing for their mental hygiene. Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá tvorivým písaním ako prostriedkom psychohygieny pre dospelých. Cieľom práce bolo zistiť, v čom spočívajú psychohygienické účinky tvorivého písania na mladých dospelých. Teoretická časť práce definuje pojmy tvorivé písanie, psychohygiena a osobnosť dospelého človeka.
