Abstract:
Diplomová práce popisuje proces digitalizace vysílání v ČR. Tato problematika je spjata se svobodou projevu zakotvenou v čl. 17 Listiny základních práv a svobod, o níž je v rámci práce blíže pojednáno.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with a start of digitizing of broadcasting in Czech Rep. This problems are connected with the freedom of expression, which is fixed in article 17 in the Bill of Rights and Freedoms.
