Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá anglickými ekonomickými texty seriózního zpravodajského charakteru a jejich žánrovými prvky a strukturou. Cílem této práce je analyzovat jazyk a jeho použití v ?online? verzi ekonomického zpravodajství. První část je zaměřena na pokrytí teoretické stránky žánrové analýzy. Má za cíl definovat diskurz a diskurzní analýzu, zatímco druhá část se věnuje praktické stránce včetně analýzy vybraných textů. Později zmíněná část je zaměřena na. na lexikální a ?graphetic? stránku textů, ale hlavně na rétorickou makrostrukturu článků v podobě žánrové analýzy soustředěné na větší rétorické celky na základě jejich funkce v textu. Korpus použitý v této bakalářské práci sestává z dvanácti textů. Úplný korpus lze nalézt v přílohách na konci práce. Cílem této bakalářské práce je najít a popsat společné znaky v ?online? ekonomických textech. Analýza ukázala, že články obsahují společné žánrové rysy ve struktuře, užitých lingvistických nástrojích a dalších zpravodajských prostředcích.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with English economic hard news and their genre features and structure. The aim of this thesis is to analyse language and its use in online economic news. The first part focuses on covering the issue in the terms of theory. It aims to define discourse and discourse analysis , whereas the second part contains practical work including analysis of selected texts. The latter mentioned deals with lexical and graphetic levels of the texts but mainly with the rhetorical macrostructure of the articles through genre analysis focusing on the bigger rhetorical units depending on their function in the text. The corpus used in this thesis contains twelve texts. The entire corpus can be found in the appendices at the end of this thesis. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find common occurrences in online economic texts.
