Exploring molecular mechanisms underlying genome maintenance and inherited anemia
Abstract:
První část práce se věnuje proteinům spojeným s vrozenou dyserytropoetickou anémií typu I (CDA-I). CDA-I je vzácné dědičné onemocnění charakterizované přítomností abnormálních erytroblastů a neefektivní erytropoézou. S CDA-I jsou úzce spojeny proteiny Codanin1 a CDIN1. Codanin1 působí jako regulátor sestavování nukleozomů prostřednictvím interakce s histonovým chaperonem ASF1. Codanin1 přímo interaguje …moreAbstract:
The first part of the thesis is dedicated to proteins associated with Congenital dyserythropoietic anemia type I (CDA-I). CDA I is a rare hereditary disease characterized by the presence of abnormal erythroblast and ineffective erythropoiesis. Proteins Codanin1 and CDIN1 are tightly connected with CDA-I. Codanin1 acts as a regulator of nucleosome assembly through the interaction with histone chaperone …more
