Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou práce z domova v době po pandemii Covid-19. Klade si za cíl analyzovat dopad této formy práce na spokojenost a motivaci zaměstnanců ve firmách. Pro naplnění cíle práce je kromě rešerše odborné literatury využitý také kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the issue of working from home after the Covid-19 pandemic. It analyses the impact of this form of work on employee satisfaction and motivation. The author uses literature research and quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey to fulfill the aim of the thesis.
