Věcným záměrem této práce je pojednání o problematice nájemního vztahu, jehož předmětem je pozemek určený k plnění funkcí lesa, jako specifický druh pozemku. The purpose of the bachelors thesis is to discuss issue of rental relationship which concerns land intended to fulfill the functions of forest as a specific type of a plot of land.
