Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou spotřebitele proti nepřiměřeným ujednáním. V práci jsou nejprve obecně popsány základní pojmy užívané ve spotřebitelských vztazích, vývoj právní úpravy, ale i možné příklady nepřiměřených ujednání. This diploma thesis deals with consumer protection against unfair terms. The work first describes in general the basic terms used in consumer contracts, the evolution of legislation, but also possible examples of unfair terms.
