Abstract:
Práce se věnuje historii Pardubic v době první světové války. Zabývá sezásobováním Pardubic, vojenskou nemocnicí Karanténou a jejím vlivem na místní poměry a dopadem války na místní školství. Věnuje se i společenskému životu ve městě, sbírkové činnosti a červnové lidové bouři z roku 1918. Práce se opírá o dobové články z místních novin a archiválie.
Abstract:
The thesis is dedicated to the history of Pardubice during the First World War. It deals with supplying of Pardubice, military hospital Quarantine and its influence on the local conditions and the impact of war on the local education. It also deals with the social life in the city, fund-raising activities and the rebellion in June 1918. The thesis is based on the articles from that period and on archival …more
