Implementation of ERP System with Focusing on Quality Management in a Company ALFUN a.s.

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je zrealizovat implementaci ERP se zaměřením na modul řízení kvality, tak aby výsledným stavem byla provedená integrace veškerých nástrojů řízení kvality, které nyní společnost eviduje mimo stávající informační systém. Diplomová práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je proveden rozbor odborných literárních pramenů sloužící jako podklad pro zpracování následující praktické části. Analytická část se zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu informačního systému a jeho nedostatků zejména z pohledu oblasti řízení kvality, včetně analýzy procesů dle metody PQM a výběru vhodného informačního systému a jeho dodavatele. Projektové část se zaměřuje na detailní informace týkající se řízení projektu včetně jednotlivých etap projektů a analýz možných rizik. Implementační část se následně zaměřuje již na implementaci nového řešení a integraci veškerých nástrojů řízení kvality do nového informačního systému. Cíle projektu byly splněny a v závěru byly rovněž navrženy doporučená opatření.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to implement the implementation of ERP with a focus on the quality management module, so that the final state is the integration of all quality management tools that the company now records outside the existing information system. The master's thesis incorporates a theoretical part and a practical part. There is a critical literature review in the theoretical part as the basis for processing the subsequent practical part. The analytical part focuses on the analysis of the current state of the information system and his shortcomings, especially from the point of view of quality management, including the analysis of processes according to the PQM method and the selection of a suitable information. The project part focuses on detailed information related to project management, including individual stages of projects and analyses of possible risks. The implementation part then focuses on the implementation of the new solution and the integration of all quality management tools into the new information system. The objectives of the project were accomplished.
