Implementation of the standards ČSN EN ISO 3843-2:2006 welding process in Slováckých strojírny, a.s.

Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám implementací normy ČSN EN ISO 3834-2:2006 ve společnosti Slovácké strojírny, a.s. Uherský Brod. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části popisuji normu ČSN EN ISO 3834-2:2006 jako teoretickou součást výroby, teorii svařování a základy tvorby dokumentace. Ve druhé části se zabývám tvorbou směrnice SQ-21-A-1, která je podmínkou pro certifikaci podle normy ČSN EN ISO 3834-2:2006. V závěru druhé části dokládám úspěšnost certi-fikace a dokazuji přínos aplikace výše zmiňované normy pro Slovácké strojírny, a.s.

Abstract:

I am engaged with the implementation of ČSN EN ISO 3834-2:2006 standard at Slovácké strojírny, a.s. company, Uherský Brod in my dissertation. The thesis is divided in two parts. In the first part, I describe the ČSN EN ISO 3834-2:2006 standard as theoretical part of the production, theory of welding and bases of the documentation creation. In the second part, I am engaged with the creation of SQ-21-A-1 guideline, that is a condition for the certification according to the ČSN EN ISO 3834-2:2006 standard. At the end of second part, I document the success of the certification and I show the benefit of the application of above mentioned standard for Slovácké strojírny, a.s. company.
