Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá podnikovými procesy. V teoretické části rozebírá podnikový proces v širších souvislostech a zmiňuje se o procesním a funkčním způsobu řízení společnosti. V praktické části rozebírá konkrétní proces, který je třeba optimalizovat. Na základě analýzy procesu je vypočtena ztrátovost procesu a navrženy změna na jeho realizaci dvěma možnými způsoby. Bachelor thesis is about companies’ processes. In theoretical part are in wider context showed up companies’ processes and also functional and process management is mentioned. In practical part thesis describes and analyzes specific process, which needs improvement. After analyzing the process, its lost had been calculated and process reengineering had been proposed.
