Cílem diplomové práce je představení osobnosti Karla Čapka v roli recenzenta filozofických textů. Čapek filozofii a estetiku vystudoval jako svůj univerzitní obor a i v pozdějších letech se ve svých úvahách či publicistických článcích vyjadřoval k soudobým filozofickým proudům. The thesis is focused on introducting of Karel Capek in his role of reviewer of modern philosophical orientations. Karel Capek had studied philosophy and aesthetics at the university level and he continued in publishing his thoughts and commentaries on various philosophical schools during succeeding years.
