Parlamentary privileges and imunities

Abstract:

The aim of the Bachelour work is to provide transparent guidance in matters pertaning to constitutional officials of Slovakia, explein terms sucha s indemnity and imunity, become familiar with the privileges and imunity of members of the Slovak National Council and the duties of their Office, partly also other actors in national Council of Slovak Republic, the president of the Slovak Republic, it sprivileges and immunities. In this work I focused on the charakteristics of political parties with each enitity, I focused mainly on the imunity and privileges and their roles or responsibilities arising from their Office.

Abstract:

Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je poskytnúť prehľadnú orientáciu v problematike týkajúcej sa ústavných činiteľov na Slovensku, vysvetliť pojmy ako indemnita a imunita, oboznámiť sa s výsadami a imunitou poslancov Národnej rady Slovenskej republiky a povinnosťami, ktoré vyplývajú z ich funkcie, okrajovo aj s ostatnými subjektmi v Národnej rade Slovenskej republiky, funkciou prezidenta Slovenskej republiky, jeho výsadami a imunitou. V bakalárskej práci som sa zamerala na charakteristiku jednotlivých politických subjektov, pričom pri každom subjekte som sa zamerala hlavne na ich imunitu a výsady a ich úlohy alebo povinnosti plynúce z ich funkcie.
