Project of Improvement of Extrinsic Motivation in The Fire and Rescue Department of Zlín Region - Zlín Central Fire Station

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vnější motivaci u Hasičského záchranného sboru Zlínského kraje - centrální požární stanice Zlín. Cílem této práce je vytvoření projektu zlepšení vnější motivace u Hasičského záchranného sboru Zlínského kraje centrální požární stanice Zlín. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů vztahujících se k problematice motivace a řízení lidských zdrojů. Praktická část diplomové práce představuje HZS Zlínského kraje centrální požární stanice Zlín a zabývá se analýzou současného stavu motivace u HZS Zlínského kraje centrální požární stanice Zlín. V rámci řešení bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření a rozhovor s vedením stanice. Dále byla vypracována PEST analýza a analýza SWOT. Provedeným výzkumem byly zjištěny problémy uplatňování nástrojů vnější motivace u Hasičského záchranného sboru centrální požární stanice Zlín a dále byly zjištěny potřeby příslušníků centrální požární stanice Zlín související s jejich motivací. V práci bylo navrženo řešení, které umožňuje vytvoření variabilního systému čerpání zaměstnaneckých výhod pomocí cafeteria systému. Navržený projekt byl podroben časové analýze, nákladové analýze a analýze rizik.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the incentives in the Fire and Rescue Department of Zlín Region - Zlín Central Fire Station. The principal objective of this thesis is to create a project of improvement of incentives in the Fire and Rescue Department of Zlín Region - Zlín Central Fire Station. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the issue of motivation and human resources management. The practical part of the thesis introduces the Fire and Rescue Department of Zlín Region and deals with the analysis of the current incentives in the Fire and Rescue Department of Zlín Region. Within the scope of the investigation, there were conducted a questionnaire research and interview part with the managerial personnel of the station. Furthermore, there were elaborated PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. Several problems with the implementation of the tools of extrinsic motivation of the Fire and Rescue Department of Zlín Region were diagnosed according to the conducted research and the needs of the members of Zlín Central Fire Station related to their motivation were investigated. In the work, there was proposed a solution which enables a creation of variable system of use of the employee's benefits via the cafeteria system. The proposed project was subject to time analysis, cost analysis and risk analysis.
