Motor testing of junior women water polo Czech team during theirs preparation to the Junior World Championship 2013
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění úrovně trénovanosti ženské juniorské reprezentace ve vodním pólu v přípravném období a následně vyhodnocení výsledků testů, pomocí speciálních vodno-pólistických testů a testové baterie UNIFIT. Vyhodnocení výsledků je zaneseno do grafů a písemně ohodnoceno na základě odborné literatury, informací od oborových specialistů a vlastních zkušeností.
Abstract:
The bachelor´s goal is to find out the level of training of junior water polo representation team during the preparatory period and to evaluate results of tests using special water polo and UNIFIT tests. Evaluation is entered into graphs with written rating based on specialized literature, informations from branch experts and personal experiences.
