Nursing process in the healing of chronic wounds

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelský proces při hojení chronických ran. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí (teoretické a empirické). V teoretické části práce popisuji problematiku hojení akutních a chronických ran (fáze hojení, příprava spodiny rány, faktory ovlivňující hojení ran a princip modelu TIME). Podrobněji je práce zaměřena na problematiku bércových vředů (arteriálního a venózního původu). Empirická část je zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu – případové studie (kazuistiky). Cílem práce bylo popsat, jak je prováděna ošetřovatelská péče u pacienta s bércovým vředem, a jaký je výsledný efekt ošetřovatelské péče.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the nursing process in the healing of chronic wounds. The work consists of two parts (theoretical and empirical). The theoretical part of the work describes the issue of healing of acute and chronic wounds (healing phase, wound bed preparation, factors affecting wound healing and the principle of the TIME model). The thesis elaborates on the issue of varicose ulcers (arterial and venous origin). The empirical part uses qualitative research – case studies (case history). The aim of the thesis was to describe how nursing care is provided to a patient with a varicose ulcer, and what its resulting effect is.
