Diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálními trendy remote managementu, resp. vzdáleného řízení a práce na dálku. V práci jsou popsány historické souvislosti vývoje managementu od konce 70. let 20. století do současnosti, základní pojmy a pozitiva a negativa remote managementu.
