Abstract:
Práce je věnována diabetické neuropatii, což je jedna z chronických komplikací diabetu mellitu. Při této komplikaci dochází k poškození periferních a autonomních nervů z důvodu hyperglykemických podmínek v organismu. Tato práce shrnuje dosud získané poznatky o diabetické neuropatii včetně její léčby a diagnostiky jak v diabetologické ambulanci, tak ve výzkumných centrech.
Abstract:
The work is devoted to diabetic neuropathy which is one of chronic complications of diabetes mellitus. Diabetic neuropathy causes damage to peripheral and autonomic nervous systems because of hyperglycemic setting in a human body. This work summarizes information about diabetic nauropathy, including its treatment options and diagnostic methods used in diabetology ambulances and research centers.
