Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá vývojem a virulencí houbového patogena, kloubnatky smrkové (Gemmamyces piceae [Brothw.] Casagr.) na Krušných horách ve vegetační sezóně 2014. Kloubnatka smrková se sledovala na čtyřech lokalitách v oblasti Krušných hor. Každá lokalita se vyznačovala jinými atributy, které mohou kloubnatku smrkovou ovlivnit. Jednotlivé lokality byly opatřeny automatickými čidly na měření teploty a relativní vzdušné vlhkosti. Na jedné lokalitě, která se nachází v nejvyšší nadmořské výšce, byl umístěn lapač spor Burkardova typu. Krušné hory byly v dřívějších dobách poškozeny imisní situací a exhalacemi z tepelných elektráren, proto se na hřebenech Krušných hor začal vysazovat smrk pichlavý, jako údajně odolnější dřevina. Tato introdukovaná dřevina není odolná vůči kloubnatce smrkové a v posledních desetiletích, výsadby této dřeviny na Krušných horách trpí silným napadením. Cílem práce bylo zjištění průběhu vývoje houbového patogena kloubnatky smrkové a zjištění míry napadení smrků pichlavých v závislosti na gradientu ekologických podmínek. Na lokalitách byly sbírány pupeny pro další zkoumání. Dále byla na lokalitách zkoumána míra proliferace a míra defoliace. V neposlední řadě se na jednotlivých lokalitách zkoumaly plodničky a jejich ostioly. Bylo zjištěno, že kloubnatka smrková prosperuje při chladnějších teplotách a vyšších relativních vzdušných vlhkostech.

Abstract:

This work deals with the development and virulence of the bud blight of spruce (Gemmamyces piceae [Brothw.] Casagr.) in the Ore Mountains during the growing season of 2014. The Gemmamyces piceae was monitored in four locations in the Ore Mountains. Each site was characterized by different attributes, which may affect the fungal pathogen. All sites were equipped with automatic sensors to measure temperature and relative humidity. On one particular site, which is located at the highest altitude, the Burkard-type spore catcher was placed. In earlier times, the Ore Mountains were damaged by air pollution situation and emissions from thermal power plants. Therefore, it was decided to begin planting the blue spruce on the ridges of the Ore Mountains as supposedly more durable wood. However, this introduced species is not resistant against the fungal pathogen Gemmamyces piceae. In recent decades, spruce cultures in the Ore Mountains suffer from heavy infestation. The aim of the study was to determine the course of development of the fungal pathogen Gemmamyces piceae and to determine the degree of spruce infestation depending on the gradient of environmental conditions. In different localities, spruce buds were collected for further examination. For another, the rate of proliferation and the degree of defoliation of the sites were investigated. Finally, the spruce fruiting bodies and ostiola were examined on the sites. It was found, that the fungal pathogen Gemmamyces piceae thrives at cooler temperatures and higher relative air humidities.
