ST waveform analysis of fetal ECG in intrapartal diagnostic of fetal hypoxia in case of risk pregnancies
Abstract:
ST analýza fetálního EKG (STAN) má u předčasných porodů a rizikových těhotenství podobné výsledky jako dosavadní způsoby monitorování pomocí KTG a IFPO. STAN nesnižuje výskyt císařských řezů a je vhodný ke kontinuálnímu intrapartálnímu monitorování rizikových a patologických gravidit.
Abstract:
ST analysis of fetal ECG has similar results in cases of premature deliveries and risk pregnancies as the existing ways of monitoring the CTG and IFPO. The usage of STAN does not reduce the incidence of cesarean sections, it is suitable to a continuous intrapartal monitoring of risk and pathological pregnancies.
