It is divided into two major parts – ordinary generating functions and exponential generating functions. Cílem této bakalářské práce je obeznámit čtenáře s tématem vytvořujících funkcí. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – obyčejné vytvořující funkce a exponenciální vytvořující funkce. Jsou zde zahrnuty dobře známé matematické problémy jako například Hanojské věže, Fibonacciho posloupnost a Catalanova čísla.
