Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována zákonné úpravě smluvního vztahu mezi zaměstnancem a státem jako zaměstnavatelem, tzv. služebním poměrem a jeho postupnému vývoji od druhé poloviny 20. století do současnosti. První část práce se zabývá vybranými statěmi zákona o služebním poměru příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů č. 361/2003 Sb. a zákoníku práce, tedy zákona č. 262/2006 Sb.
