Competence Natural Authority in the eyes of clients educational institute low-threshold facilities for children and youth

Abstract:

V předložené bakalářské práci, jež nese název Kompetence přirozené autority očima klientů VÚ a NZDM, jsou přiblíženy pojmy jako autorita a s tímto pojmy a jevy související, jako např.: výchova, adolescence atd. Cílem práce je stanovení profilu nositele přirozené autority, jež klienti výchovných ústavů a nízkoprahových zařízení takto přijímají. V empirické části, jsme pomocí námi sestrojeného dotazníku zjišťovali, jaké konkrétní kompetence klienti upřednostňují a vyžadují u přirozené autority. Zda a jaké jsou rozdíly ve vnímání přirozené autority klienty těchto dvou různých zařízení.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis, that is called "Competence of the natural authority seen by eyes of VU and NZDM clients", approach notions like authority and related phenomena like education, adolescence etc. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the profile of the person who is perceived by clients of education and low budget institutions as a natural authority. In the empirical part we used questionnaire to gain information about our clients priority expectations of native authority. If it is there any difference and what kind of difference of natural authority profile perceived by clients of these two institutions.
