Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá dopadem GDPR na práci HR specialisty. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak GDPR ovlivňuje práci HR specialisty a konkretizovat v jakých oblastech. K vypracování byla zvolena metoda pozorování, kvalitativního výzkumu s doplňujícím rozhovorem. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the impact of GDPR on the work of an HR specialist. The goal of the thesis is to find out how GDPR affects the work of an HR specialist and specify in which parts. To formulate this thesis I used the method of observing and qualitative research with a complementary interview.
