Adaptation of employees

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice adaptace zaměstnanců a adaptačního procesu v podmínkách základní školy, která stejně jako všechny ostatní organizace ke svému efektivnímu fungování potřebuje kvalitní zaměstnance, a tudíž i funkční a efektivní systém jejich adaptace. Cílem práce je formulovat konkrétní autorské návrhy a doporučení, jak zlepšit adaptační proces i průběh adaptace zaměstnanců na konkrétní zvolené základní škole.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the issue of adaptation of employees and the adaptation process in the conditions of elementary school. Elementary school like all other organizations needs quality employees for its effective functioning. And therefore also need a functional and effective system of their adaptation. The aim of the thesis is to formulate concrete author's suggestions and recommendations how to improve the adaptation process and the course of the adaptation of employees at a particular selected elementary school.
