Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnotit současný stav vybraných controllingových činností v oblasti prodejních aktivit ve zvolené obchodní organizaci a na tomto základě následně navrhnout opatření pro jejich zefektivnění. Ke zpracování diplomové práce jsou použita převážně sekundární data získaná z interních materiálů společnosti, pracovně nazvanou XYZ, s. r. o., jelikož si společnost přála zůstat v anonymitě. V úvodní části diplomové práce je provedeno shrnutí důležitých teoretických východisek k dané problematice. V další části je z několika relevantních pohledů představena zvolená organizace. Následující část obsahuje výsledek provedené analýzy, na jejímž základě jsou v poslední části uvedená příslušná doporučení k zefektivnění.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the current state of selected controlling activities in the field of sales activities in the selected business organization and on this basis to subsequently propose measures for their streamlining. The processing of the diploma thesis uses mainly secondary data obtained from the company's internal materials, professionally called XYZ, s. r. o., as the company wished to remain anonymous. The introductory part of the thesis summarizes the important theoretical background to the issue. In the next part, the selected organization is presented from several relevant perspectives. The following section contains the result of the analysis performed, on the basis of which the last section contains the relevant recommendations for streamlining.
