Abstract:
Práce se zabývá rovnými příležitostmi ve strategickém plánování. Jejím cílem je provedení genderové analýzy strategického plánu vybrané obce / města a její následné zhodnocení. Součástí je i navržení metodiky pro aplikaci genderové analýzy strategických dokumentů obcí, měst a regionů.
Abstract:
The work is concerned with equal opportunities in strategic planning. Its aim is to undertake gender analysis of the strategic plan of the selected municipality / city, and its subsequent evaluation. It also includes design of methodology for application of gender analysis of the strategic documents of municipalities, cities and regions.
