Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na okres Jeseník především proto, že vykazuje míru nezaměstnanosti a podobné ukazatele vysoko nad průměrem v České republice. Práce se zabývá pracovním trhem na Jesenicku a jeho deformacemi z pohledu postavení specifických skupin občanů v místním odvětvově charakteristickém prostředí.
