Identification of a person according to the dynamic stereotype of walk

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje identifikaci osoby podle dynamického stereotypu chůze. Hlavním cílem práce je vyhodnocení stanovených hypotéz, které se přímo vztahují k biomechanickému obsahu trasologických stop. První část práce se zaměřuje především na jejich vyhledávání, zajišťování a následné zkoumání. Poté následuje plynulý přechod k forenzní biomechanice, vysvětlení principu bipedální lokomoce či popsání jednotlivých fází krokového cyklu. Nedílnou součástí je také vysvětlení kinematiky kloubů dolní končetiny při chůzi. Praktická část se zabývá třemi hypotézami, jejichž verifikace probíhala za pomoci matematických výpočtů, vzorců či moderní technologie. Práce navíc obsahuje i krátké video, které zachycuje usvědčení pachatele právě podle dynamického stereotypu chůze. V závěru jsou sumarizovány veškeré získané poznatky.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the identification of a person according to the dynamic stereotype of walking. The main goal of this thesis is to evaluate the established hypotheses that are directly related to the biomechanical content of trasological traces. The first part of the thesis focuses mainly on their locating, securing and subsequent investigation. Afterwards follows a part with forensic biomechanics, an explanation of the principle of bipedal locomotion and a description of the individual phases of the gait cycle. An integral part is also the explanation of the kinematics of the joints of the lower limb while walking. The practical part deals with three hypotheses. Their verification took place with usage of mathematical calculations, formulas or modern technology. The diploma thesis also contains a short video, which is focused on convicting the offender according to the dynamic stereotype of walking. At the end, whole findings are summarized.
