Tato bakalářská práce byla věnována sledování vlivu aminokyseliny L-argininu (substrátu pro syntézu oxidu dusnatého) a asymetrického dymethylargininu (inhibitoru produkce oxidu dusnatého) na produkci oxidu dusnatého, dále na expresi a aktivaci proteinů důležitých v regulaci intracelulárních signálních drah vedoucích k produkci oxidu dusnatého u endoteliálních buněk. In this thesis we has been devoted to monitoring the effect of the amino acid L-arginine (the substrate for nitric oxide synthesis) and asymmetric dymethylarginine (an inhibitor of nitric oxide) for the production of nitric oxide and also for the expression and activation of proteins which are important for the regulation of intracellular signaling pathways leading to the production of nitric oxide …more
