Cílem práce je formou řešení zvoleného projektu ve vybrané finanční instituci porovnat standardy PRINCE2 a IPMA a zpracovaní doporučení pro jejich využití. The aim of this thesis is to compare PRINCE2 and IPMA standards using project management at a financial institution and prepare recommendations for their use. The first part of the thesis is focused on defining basic concepts and principles of projects. The second part deals with the description of approaches and tools in project management.
