Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou autorského práva v oblasti digitálních technologií, ukazuje licence a mezinárodní smlouvy, které mohou být pro autory užitečné. Vypráví stručnou historií autorského práva a varuje před rychlým rozvojem umělé inteligence.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of copyright in the field of digital technologies, talks about licenses and international agreements that can be useful for authors. It tells a brief history of copyright and warns against the rapid development of artificial intelligence.
