Bakalářská práce pojednává o dílech Jana Köhlera zobrazujících postavy sv. Cyrila a Metoděje. Jednotlivá vyobrazení jsou analyzována v kontextu proměn Köhlerova díla a v komparaci s tematicky shodnými díly jiných umělců. Mimo jiné je zkoumán způsob, jakým Köhler postupně dospěl k charakteristickému vystižení fyziognomie obou světců. Dále práce pohlíží na volbu odění postav, jejich atributů i na kompozici …more
Abstract:
The bachelor’s thesis is devoted to work of Jano Köhler which depicts Sts. Cyril and Methodius. Individual depictions are analyzed in context of transformation of Köhler’s work and in comparison to thematically similar work of other artists.
