Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na popis a analýzu institucí duševního vlastnictví. Popisuje jak instituce ochrané známky, patentu a autorských práv fungují. Všechny instituce na ochranu duševního vlastnictví mají své silné a slabé stránky, které se ještě zvýraznují ve světle posledního technologického rozvoje. Práce se snaží popsat tyto nové výzvy a pokouší se nalézt možné budoucí vyústění vývoje. Také obsahuje teoretickou analýzu rolí jednotlivých účastníků autorského práva a zasazuje je do kontextu současného dění.

Abstract:

This thesis focus on description and analysis of institutions of intellectual property rights. It describes institutions of trademark, patent authorship and copyright and how the systems protect the works. All of these institutions have own strengths and weaknesses and many of them are increasingly exposed in recent technological development. The thesis tries to describe these challenges and show potential outcomes. It also provides some theoretical analysis of stakeholders in copyright protection and put that in contemporary context.
