Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na franchising jako jednu z metod podnikání v gastronomii v České republice. Autor se snaží mapovat historii i současný stav této relativně nové a mezi veřejností ne tak známé metody podnikání. Bachelor Thesis is focused on franchising as method of entrepreneurship in gastronomy in Czech Republic. Author tries to cover the history and current state of this young and comparatively publicly unknown method.
