The purpose of the master thesis is to analyse the operational risk in banking and insurance business using the Bayesian networks. Diplomová práca sa venuje analýze operačného rizika v oblastiach bankovníctva a poisťovníctva pomocou Bayesovských sietí. Najskôr je predstavený bayesovský prístup k pravdepodobnosti spolu so základnými pojmami a vzťahmi.
