Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou revitalizace brownfield. Mapuje jejich původ, rozdělení i negativní vlivy, které sebou přinášejí. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány hlavní pojmy, popis procesu revitalizace či možnosti jejích financování. Praktická část se zaměří na konkrétní revitalizaci brownfield Pickovy vily a přinese možné řešení jeho obnovy.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of brownfield revitalization. It maps their origin, distribution and the negative influences they bring. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the main concepts, a description of the revitalization process or the possibilities of its financing.
