Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na právní prostředky ochrany proti imisím. Nejprve stručně charakterizuje právní regulaci sousedského práva. Dále analyzuje jednotlivé právní prostředky ochrany. Odlišuje i subjekty, které ochranu poskytují. Nezaměřuje se jen na vnitrostátní subjekty, ale i na Evropský soud pro lidská práva a subjekty Evropské unie. The diploma thesis is designed on the legal protection against immissions. At first it charakterizes the regulation neighbour’s rights. Then analyses the legal protection against immissions.
