Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou uplatnění absolventů vysokých škol na trhu práce. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, jak se absolventi vysokých škol uplatňují na trhu práce, a navrhnout případná doporučení ke zvýšení jejich uplatnitelnosti. This thesis deals with the application of university graduates in the labor market. The main aim of this thesis is to find out how graduates apply for the job market, and propose any recommendations to enhance their employability.
