Pedagogical support planning at primary school

Abstract:

V diplomové práci mapuji situaci na základních školách, a sice to, jakým způsobem přistoupili učitelé k uvedení nového pedagogického nástroje do své praxe. Zmiňovanou novinkou je plán pedagogické podpory, který je poskytován dětem, žákům a studentům ve školách a školských zařízeních. Plán je jednou z forem podpůrného opatření I. stupně. V první kapitole teoretické části práce zmiňuji všech 5 stupňů pedagogické podpory. Zaměřuji se na vymezení pojmu, cíle podpůrných opatření, obsah, zaměření, v čem spočívají a komu jsou určeny. Podrobněji se dále věnuji podpůrnému opatření I. stupně. Jaký je charakter této pomoci žákovi, jakým způsobem lze realizovat přímá podpora žáka ve výuce a co může dítě, rodič i pedagog očekávat v případě poskytnutí plánu pedagogické podpory. V druhé kapitole se zaměřuji na legislativní oporu, popisuji, jakým postupem lze poskytnout žákovi podpůrné opatření v I. stupni podpory a uvádím východiska pro nastavení podpory. Poté navazuji tím, že uvádím jednotlivé části plánu pedagogické podpory, jako jsou cíle, přijatá podpůrná opatření ve škole, metody výuky, organizace výuky, hodnocení žáka, pomůcky a spolupráce s rodinou. Předkládám také nejčastější důvody, které mohou vést k sestavení a poskytnutí podpory žákovi. V praktické části pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjišťuji znalosti pedagogů o této problematice. Ověřuji si, zda pedagogové v souvislosti s přijetím novely Vyhlášky č. 27/2016 Sb., o vzdělávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a žáků nadaných v praxi, pociťují pokles administrativní zátěže. Zajímá mě jejich praktická zkušenost s tvorbou plánu podpory a osobní postoje k tomuto pedagogickému nástroji. Zjištěné výsledky uvádím v textu, v grafickém znázornění a v tabulkách. Praktickou část uzavírám vyhodnocením cílů.

Abstract:

In my diploma thesis I map out the situation in elementary schools, namely how they approached the introduction of a new pedagogical tool into their practice. The mentioned novelty is a pedagogical support plan, which is provided to children, pupils and students in schools and school facilities. The plan is one of the forms of support measures of the first grade. In the first chapter of the theoretical part I mention all 5 grades of pedagogical support. I focus on the definition of the concept, the objectives of the support measures, the content, the focus of what they are and for whom they are intended. In further detail I devote to support measures of the first grade. What is the nature of this assistance to the pupil, how can direct support be provided to the pupil in the classroom and what the child, parent and teacher can expect if a pedagogical support plan is provided. In the second chapter I focus on the legislative support, I describe how the pupil can be provided with support measures in the first grade of support and I provide the starting points for setting the support. Then I follow up by listing the different parts of the pedagogical support plan, such as goals, support measures taken at school, teaching methods, teaching organization, pupil assessment, aids and family cooperation. I also present the most common reasons that may lead to the formation and providing support to the pupil. In the practical part I use the questionnaire survey to find out the knowledge of teachers with this issue. I verify whether in connection with the adoption of the amendment to Decree No. 27/2016 Coll., on education of pupils with special educational needs and pupils gifted in practice, teachers are experiencing a decrease in the administrative burden. I am interested in their practical experience in developing a support plan and their personal attitude towards this pedagogical tool. The results are presented in the text, in the graphical representation and in the tables. The practical part concludes with the evaluation of objectives.
