V posledních letech se trh s kávou v České republice stává jedním z nejrychleji rostoucích, tržní podmínky se mění každý rok, proto jeho zkoumání je stále aktuální. In recent years, the coffee market in the Czech Republic has become one of the fastest growing, market conditions are changing every year, so its research is relevant. In this thesis, the Brno-based QB coffee roasters, which is relatively new, actively cooperates with a large number of farmers, suppliers and buyers.
