Interference biotinu je problém, který ovlivňuje přesnost měření imunodiagnostických stanovení. V některých případech může nepřesné měření vést ke špatnému určení diagnózy pacienta. Abstract:
Biotin interference is a serious problem, which affects the accuracy of immunodiagnostic assays. In some cases, may assay inaccuracy even lead to a patient’s misdiagnosis. Mostly affected are systems exploiting streptavidin-biotin interaction.
