Abstract:
Práce se zabývá základními faktory, které mají vliv na volbu studia, a především výběr povolání a následné budování kariéry mladých lidí. Uvádí stručný souhrn základní teorie a všeobecné poznatky z řešené problematiky. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu dat získaných kvantitativní metodou a následná doporučení.Abstract:
The thesis deals with the basic factors that influence the choice of the field of study and especially the choice of profession and subsequent career building of young people. It provides a brief summary of the basic theory and general knowledge of the issue addressed. The practical part includes data analysis obtained by quantitative method and subsequent recommendations.
