Abstract:
The bachelor thesis describes the historical development of an association agreement and also characterized each part of contract of assotiation. The first chapter is focused on the characteristics of a contract of assotiation as a concept and its current legislation. In the design section it discusses the advantages and disadvantages of this contract.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca opisuje historický vývoj zmluvy o združení a zároveň charakterizuje jednotlivé časti zmluvy o združení. Prvá kapitola sa zameriava na charakteristiku zmluvy o združení ako pojmu a jej súčasnej právnej úprave. V návrhovej časti uvádza výhody a nevýhody tejto zmluvy.
