In-corporate organization in term of contextual games

Anotace:

Práce se zabývá přístupům k organizováním vnitropodnikové struktury zejména z pohledu kontextuálních her. V teoretické části se práce věnuje vnitropodnikové organizaci od vzniku byrokracie a teorie klasického managementu přes teorii her, která zeširoka pojímá řešení konfliktních situací. Dále přes teorii redistribučních systémů, aplikaci teorie her, ta zužuje její zaměření na kooperativní hry, které se vyznačují sklony hráčů k vytváření koalic. Nakonec je dána modelům teorie her realistická tvář s pomocí teorie kontextuálních her, která je nejmladší aplikací teorie her a jejím přínosem je zavedení tzv. paralelních her. V aplikační části jsou poznatky z teorie her aplikovány na prostředí vnitropodnikové organizace, konkrétně obchodní společnosti. Pomocí poznatků z oblasti teorie kontextuálních her je zkoumáno, jaké okolnosti vedou zaměstnance k nekooperativnímu chování, které může vést ke snižování výkonnosti celého podniku. Nakonec je uvedeno, jak lze odhalit působící kontextuální hry a jak se proti jejich vlivům můžou podniky bránit.

Abstract:

The dissertation deals with approaches to organizing the internal structure especially in terms of contextual games. In the theoretical part dissertation conceives the internal organization from the beginning of the bureaucracy and the classical theory of management, through the game theory, which broadly deals with a resolution conflicts, furthermore, through the theory of redistribution systems, application of game theory, it narrows its focus on cooperative play, which is characterized by a tendency for players to create coalitions. Finally, the realistic face is given to models of game theory by the theory of contextual, which is the newest applications of game theory and its contribution is the introduction of parallel games. In the application part the knowledge of game theory are applied to the internal environment of organization, specifically the business company. Using knowledge of the theory of contextual games is examined what factors lead to non-cooperative employee behavior that may lead to a reduction in performance across the enterprise. Finally, it is shown how to detect contextual games and how can companies defend themselves against their influences.
